Complete Guidelines for Our Tour Services

Section 1

Facilities and Services Provided in Our Tours

Food Service During Tour
  • Bed Tea: Breakfast and tea provided every morning.
  • Afternoon Lunch: Rice, Dal, Vegetable curry, Fish / Chicken / Eggs, Chatni etc.
  • Evening Snacks: Tea, Biscuits, other Snacks.
  • Dinner: Rice / Chapati, Dal, Veg / non-veg Curry, Chatni, Sweets.
  • Provision of veg and non-veg at both lunch and dinner is there.
  • Supply of Tea, breakfast, Fish / chicken/eggs and sweet is limited.
N.B: Bed tea is not provided during train-journey. Separate cooking is done for widows and vegetarian people.
Additional Services & Support
  • Our dedicated staff will be there to take care of needs and complaints of passengers.
  • For lady passengers without guardian — our staff provides help and support.
  • Special care is taken for elderly and child tourists.
  • LTC/LFC Certificate is provided from our Howrah office for eligible passengers.
  • First aid medication and medicines are provided for illness and injuries (local arrangements).
  • Any passenger heavily injured — medical treatment to be borne by the party.
  • Passengers must provide Identity Card at any place if asked.
Section 2

Rules and Regulations

A Booking
  • Booking amount per person Rs. 5000.00 (Rupees five thousand only) and rest of the amount will have to be paid before 30 days of the journey.
  • Bus seat will be allotted as per booking sequence.
  • We are unable to provide Confirm Booking to solo guests as all the rooms are Twin sharing. On payment of additional room charges one solo guest may have confirm booking subject to availability of rooms.
  • Hotel rooms are mostly two types — double bedded and triple bedded. While triple bedded, floor mattress may be provided instead of cot. One guest will get special discount for such accommodation. No preference will be available in allotment of rooms for early booking.

Tour price does not include any entry fees to any spot or monument in sightseeing places. GST @ 5% will be applicable as per Act.
B Rail and Air Ticket
  • The tour price does not include any air fare or rail fare except some tours. We will arrange the tickets on payment of cost of ticket.
  • We will deploy every effort to arrange railway tickets as per the choice of guests subject to authorization, but we are unable to assure any choice of class and/or berths. Guests are requested to accept the berths provided by the Railway Seat Reservation Authority and abide by the rules in force.
  • Air tickets may be arranged as per the requests of guests on payment of the relevant cost. The selection of Airlines/Flights is the discretion of guests. We will assist for suitable Airlines/Flights.
  • Refund related to cancellation of Air Ticket is subject to disbursement of fund by the Airlines. We will not be held responsible in any way for delay in refund or non-refund of air ticket if cancelled.
C Cancellation

In case of cancellation of journey by the passenger, he or she is liable to pay cancellation charges as follows:

GST @ 5% will be applicable as per Act.
  • No refund is admissible if a ticket is cancelled within 72 hours of the scheduled time of departure or thereafter.
  • Cancellation will be acted upon only when the Advanced Receipt / Ticket is surrendered at our office. Passengers residing outside Howrah may cancel by letter or E-mail only. The organization will not be liable if such letter or E-mail is not delivered in time.
  • No refund in tour price will be allowed for the untraveled portion of the tour either of sickness or any other reason.
  • No amount deposited will be refunded in full, should the tour be cancelled by the company, except in the case of natural calamities or abnormal situations — when passengers have to pay compensation to the company @ 10% of the tour price.
  • Passengers will have to pay cancellation charges as per the rules if the ticket is cancelled due to change of itinerary for any reason after reservation.
  • No claim for any refund will be entertained when the passenger doesn't arrive at the station before departure. In such cases, passengers may join at the next station at their own cost.
  • No claim will be entertained if any amount is found lying deposited with the company after 6 months from the date of commencement of the tour.
D General Rules
  • We don't own any Bus, Rail, Hotel, Aircraft and don't have any control over it. All possible efforts will be taken to make your tour comfortable and to follow the schedule. Under no circumstances should we be held responsible for any delay or changes in programme, even at the last moment.
  • The organization reserves the right to delete, change or modify the Rules as and when necessary.
  • The organization has the full right to cancel any ticket at any time without showing any reason even after the ticket has been sold.
  • Guests are allowed to accompany one 22" suitcase & one handbag only while on tour.
  • The organization is not responsible for any accidents and no compensation is given for any damages.
  • In all matters relating to rail we rely on the railway authority and in matters of travel by bus/car we rely on the transport authority or the local transport system.
  • Due to unavoidable reasons, the itinerary may be changed, enlarged or modified. The organization will not be liable if it does not reach the specified place due to some unavoidable reason on a particular day or time.
  • Passengers will have to bear the increased cost in case of increase in Bus fare and Rail fares or increase in prices of other goods.
  • Washing of clothes at hotel is especially prohibited.
  • Passengers are responsible for their own goods. It is obligatory for them to keep watching on their belongings. We help passengers to load and unload all goods (except handbag). The Firm accepts no responsibilities for loss or damages to any belongings of the passengers.
Note: We have adequate, proficient and experienced staff and managers to make the journeys smooth, comfortable and joyful. But, by any reason if there is any complaint, management will take necessary and proper action. Empathetic and polite act is highly solicited.
